Property

Just wanted to share the exciting news that Marvin and I purchased land in Honduras to be used for farming. A crop that Marvin has been excited to grow is cardamom. This business will allow us to have an income in Honduras and will provide work for villagers. The property is about 13 acres and already has 7 acres with cardamom growing. Our hope is that this will allow us to sustain our family so as not to be a burden to others.

Ramos Home!

The new house is simple, but we hope it will function well for Marvin's family. We are looking forward to our next visit when we can enjoy sitting on the porch and drinking some coconut milk.
This is the side of the house. If you look to the left, you can see their old home. They are still cooking in the old house and using it to store food.

This is the SALA looking into the COCINA. The bedrooms and bathroom are to the right.

Praise God for the opportunity to serve Marvin's family by providing a stable shelter for them to reside.

Once Marvin and I move to Honduras, we hope to partner with families in Honduras and the U.S. to provide concrete floors, metal roofs, and sanitary bathrooms to families in need in Las Flores and surrounding villages. These simple structures are cost effective and have the potential to improve health for many individuals.

Blessings,
Karen Ramos
